4. Payment Terms

Gravy Train Marketing operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle, and clients will receive services throughout the month for which they have paid.

• • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time within your admin area. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing month, after which no further services will be provided, and no additional charges will apply.

• • Pausing Subscription: You may pause your subscription at any time. While the subscription is paused, no services will be provided, and no fees will be charged. If paused in the middle of a month, services will be continued until the end of the month and the subscription will be paused at the end of that month. When you reactivate the subscription, services will resume, and billing will begin with the next monthly cycle.

• • Refunds: Payments for services are non-refundable. However, you will continue to receive services for the full duration of the month in which you have paid, even if you choose to cancel or pause your subscription during that time.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services until payment is received. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full before resuming services under a paused or suspended subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and intellectual property on our website and in our marketing materials are the property of Gravy Train Marketing or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent. Any content, materials, or designs created as part of the marketing services provided to you remain the intellectual property of Gravy Train Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged during the course of the business relationship. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial details, marketing plans, and client data. Neither party will disclose this information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gravy Train Marketing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data. Our total liability in any matter related to the services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the client will remain responsible for paying for services rendered up to the end of the current billing cycle. Gravy Train Marketing reserves the right to immediately terminate any service agreement in the event of a breach of these Terms or any unlawful use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Special Sauce, LLC is based (Colorado), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Colorado. 

10. Amendments

Gravy Train Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
